Depends. If you're looking for brand recognition, quality with minimal cost, then USM is a better choice ... erhhh, actually better UM or UKM lah. Especially UM.

If you're looking for brand recognition associated with flexible mode of learning, then OUM is better. Fees obviously much higher becoz it is private Uni.

But then again, OUM is owned by a consortium of 11 PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES (UM/UiTM/UKM/USM/UPM/UUM/UTM/UIA/UPSI/UNIMAS/UMS). So that says a lot about its quality. Moreover, most of the Postgrad lecturers (part-time) come from Public Unis professors ...
