Also does anyone know how the command structure of ATM works ? Say a threat is detected in the Straits of Melaka, some frigate just opened fire on a VIP yatch etc . Who gets informed 1st ? And does the Defense Minister , Prime Minister or Agong get the final say in ok-ing a combined retaliation ? (air+land+sea)

well if wanted a fiction story it would be better for ya to start a new topics.
For Sarawak to be independent is near impossible with unless they started of with sufficient military force in their hand.
They either with Malaysia or England.
Indon will be the first to knock the Sarawak doorsteps. these kinda of things is not new for indon. timor leste and west puapa is the best example of indon handy works.
