ohh.. you live in condo? mmm... normally they will go check at the MATV riser lo... see if reception is bad due to the RF boosters not working.
if the problem is whole block.. they will check the antenna on the top of the building... if got real problem they might call in outside contractor to adjust it.

so.. yeah.. should let them know smile.gif
