I am wondering what kind of smell u talking about, staying puchong 5 years, running around every week incl place u mentioned, nothing strange, problably smell of house goreng?

Anyhow, it seem to be a non regular issue, since effort has been putting on to rectify it, expect d issue to be resolved in near future, don't think it could turn out to be anything which can affect the property value over there.
