Hi, if counted today's night write up, it is third day having my male SG which is 3months+ during adopting. Seems like the SG is very scared of me whenever i put my hand in cage. The first day i adopt him, i have hammock and sleeping pouch ready in the cage, and second day when i wake up i saw him in the pouch and thought he is sleeping, so i leave the fruits ready on plate for him and never kacau him. Until night time around 9pm he still havent came out and eat, so i go touch her sleeping pouch, my SG make some noise not sure he is angry or scared of me, he try to bite me whenever i get close to his pouch, i have no choice but to take of the sleeping pouch and let him run around the cage, ever since then until today (3rd day) i never give him the pouch, i scare he want to suicide inside, so now he sleep quite comfortably inside hammock as it is "3 story hammock".
His food intake should be OK as i have sacrifice 3 consecutive night until 5am or 6am just to see him and ensure everything is alright but never get close to him because he eventually run away from me. My cage is 4ft tall but the cage's door is quite small for my hand to fit comfortably, so how should i bond with him properly? sad.gif

1) you adopt 1 sugar glider...mean it lack of socialize activity.
2) your sugar glider inside the cage, you don't need scare but you need to let SG knowing your exist.
3) Sugar glider like to play with new toys ....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXXi52t7IS8
4) Sg food maze expriment, let them to think  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=328k5KigMTU
Summary you need time & patient to interactive/socialize;

Hi thanks for the advise, Well I wanted to adopt 2 but my gf does not allow and scare there is no time for 2. So i will be getting a wheel for him soon. And currently my SG doesnt really run away from me but will smell my hand BUT sometimes he will bites me sad.gif but i continue let him bite for few times to let him know that i'm not a threat. Is it a good thing to do?
And this weekend i will clean up my bed room to SG proof, should i allow my SG to go free when my SG still not very bond with me?
