Hi guys i need help!!!

My suggie non stop making sound which i think is Hissing. when i took him out, he didnt make any noise.. but once i put it back at the pouch, he make that hissing sound and keep moving in the pouch (look like frustrating) ...

What should i do now? Is he sick or stg? I'm so worried... The sound only started today, this evening...
