anyone of you experiece that when sometime clear the RAM usage, go back and it will lag awhile then the application list only appear?

I'm kinda confuse...
Link2sd is moved the apps from phone to internal sdcard or external sdcard? I remember that before it I moved some of the apps to sdcard with Link2sd...why those apps will gone after I flashed to new custom rom (got wipe data,cache)?? |

my phone already run 2h 44m since unplug, why the battery usage chart still show 0s?? is it normal? I noticed that the chart start showing usage when battery drop to 99%
