QUOTE(Positron @ Dec 9 2011, 11:04 PM) I already bought Volume + Sound Booster from android market.. Get some good earphones...Is there any way to make the bass of the S2 to become very good... As for now the speakers are too flat... Not as good compared to my home theater ... I know it can't be,.. But is there any other way to boost up the bass? It's just so flat, playing boom boom pow black eyed peas.. Not bassy.. =D |

QUOTE(Positron @ Dec 10 2011, 10:34 AM) You can... via Custom Rom. If you want official Update from Samsung then you'll have to wait until next yearQUOTE(gin&tonic @ Dec 10 2011, 10:39 AM) Readily available on the Galaxy Nexus, but not yet on the S II. Update from Samsung probably around mid next year? My feeling is that S III would come with ICS first, then only S II would get the updateThis post has been edited by -kytz-: Dec 10 2011, 02:28 PM |

Just got my white non G
But the scrolling part where you input application into your homescreen is laggy leh? Same problem I face testing those demo units in Samsung store. Wonder if I have to run my phone longer and see how it goes? Does the 'lag' somehow go away after some time? |

Errr?
It was plenty smooth when I tested some of the demo set in Digi Store and in Samsung. But why mine is laggy? Anyway, web browsing is stil super smooth and the general UI is smooth just except that bloody part. Btw, I still can exchange for a new set until tomorrow. |

shortcut>applications
This part you have a lot of apps so you can scroll up and down. This is the part which lags, though not much, but still adequate enough for a less than user experience. |

Micro lag indeed. But funny how different devices exhibit different amounts of lag. Some are very laggy, some have micro lag like mine, but some have zero lag at all? haha
Anway, enjoying my device now, trying to forget about that haha, gonna set up my google market account asap and buy some apps!!! |

QUOTE(ndragon @ Dec 11 2011, 12:26 AM) push the bubble out using card or just ur nail.. it might take some time but then it will look good after.. There are dust specks stuck so that's why I can't push em out. Really shouldn't have exposed the whole SP when I took out the outer plastic covering it.Nevermind, Im getting Steinheil next |

I think I'll just let that small lag issue in the shortcuts>apps go away, since I'm already installing stuff into my phone and getting accustomed to it.
Btw, didn't quite like Dolphin Browser HD because it's a little laggy when scrolling/pinch to zoom if compared to stock browser because the latter is hardware accelerated. I want a browser with tabs capability on top of the page like the Dolphin and also a good user experience(no lag, smooth all the way like stock browser) so is there any recommendations? |
