Added on December 14, 2011, 10:35 pmnow i try to drain my battery from 70% to 40%, so i can store it with 40% level as advised by first page... but turning everything on, and non stop playing video with full brightness still so hard to drain! lol... now at 57% only

it is the rotation effect, stock doesn't have any rotation effect..

if you manage to get the lynx's version to work let me know... when i put it in system/app folder my gallery icon vanished in the app list no where to be seen, so i use back the one in the link i posted....

eh dunno who told me checkrom v4 edi implemented the rotation effect?

if you read all the forum posts like me, you'll notice that most people who complaining FC/hang issue are actually those that using stock rom, without root.. i dunno why also.. maybe those people who root and use custom roms are the techie type that knows what they are doing and hence less problems/got problems also know how to solve themselves therefore no need to ask here

Till this day seems like no one here able to mount NTFS thumb drive to our phone yet... is there? Followed the guide on page 1 but never succeeded..

it doesn't depend on how many times we charge it, it depends on how many life cycles we charge it.. very different..

guy A's phone 100% use all the way to 0%, then charge all the way to 100%
guy A charged his phone 1 life cycle

guy B's phone 100% drop to 50%, he charges it to 100%, drop to 50%, charges it again to 100%
guy B charged his phone 1 life cycle also

though guy B charged twice as much, but we can argue that guy B's battery is in better state, because letting lithium ion battery drop to 0% is bad, the best range to stay is within 20% to 80% (according to many articles..)

conclusion: just charge anytime you want, it doesn't care how many times you charge it, and you don't need to charge all the way up to 100% every time before you unplug!

i failed to aplly like 3 sps, until i saw a pro in the shop help me apply.. i copy his techniques finally succeeded on the 4th attempt nice nice without bubbles...
the key is to have the transparent sticky tape (dunno what it called, neh those a bit sticky only and easy to take off wan) with u... wipe screen with microfabric cloth gao gao till no dust, then use sticky tape to stick any left over.. when applying when see air bubble generating pull back up a bit then use sticky tape again on the screen or sp where the dust is... slowly apply till end and walla!

yes, the battery usage will start counting only after it drop to 99%, at 100% it is still full charge so it doesn't count

on second thought.. suddenly I'm not that sure edi, haha.. maybe rom/kernel dependant?

actually you don't need to convert also can play straight away on SGS2 what.. unless you want to reduce the file size..

even rmvb can play straightaway with moboplayer

i kind of scratching my head very hard trying to figure out why people don't want to root their android phone..

is like having a PC that don't have administrative rights.. then when you do something that needs admin rights it's so easy to enable it but then they just say 'aiya no need admin rights la so mafan' and leave their PC as it is..

one of my friend know how good root is, but want to wait 2 years till the warranty expire only do it.. omg waiting 2 weeks also damn hard edi
