what i see is, when we often encounter/ play with newbie or less experience player....
our tendency towards objective or play strategically become less important....

while when playing with experience player, gud strategy player/team mate,
attacking/ and suppression from them, make us learn and play carefully, with brain...
rather spawn, run, kill and get killed....

tendency of having less team strategy or objective is more nowadays...

i know most of us are gud individually and good in ur own squadmate...
however, gud team as a whole of HMR comprise of several squad or team....
in 12 men people squad... u must understand how ur other team mate from other squad play...
what they gud at, how they react on each map, what weapon they use, what objective they are targeting to....

we are gud in BC2...whenever we spawn, the whole team automatically split and run towards different target,
playing attacking and defending with ultimate objective to win the match as a whole team....

get to join other squad, understand their game play....
as far as we know, we got
anak ikan squad...
zombie squad....
rambo type of squad/individual...(even alone can kill more than 30)

Good team, are know from their tactics and strategies....
