I also feel they wanna parang u as they wanna charge RM 100 to get the 7" hole. Is the pipe that is leaking very deep? If they nd to dig a little and change the part that is leaking RM 450 is quite exp. However, if several parts are leaking then the price is reasonable. Try to ask what is the job scope like.
