Let me understand here...3 parties involved.
1. Developer
2. Contractor
3. Plumber
What is the Contractor role here? Is the plumber were hired by contractor themself or you hired personally?
If contractor hired the plumber then they should bear the cost.
Who should responsible for this?, Contractor, developor or me?
