why my blackberry bold 9790 after replace with new set (malaysia brightpoint distributor) . The facebook , internet brower , app world , BIS does not work. then after i check service status it show UNKNOWN NUMBER , can used BBM only . then the sound in level 10 its not loud as my second blackberry curve 9360 .


i already check with celcom but their say maybe problem from my phone setting or something else...

can you guys help me. to solve it.
