my first day usage of 7.1 OS.
pulled from charger at 7am,


12h, 18m idle time
1h,36 m

mostly whats app and 3g browsing.

wifi off,


battery saving mode set as always

battery left.. 35%..

highly recommended..

p/s: initailly it caused my phone to be laggy,, few battery pulls, today dun feel any lag.. highly recommended.. yet to try the mobile hotspot. maybe later

Just sent my phone to brightstar to fix my battery draining problem and it improved a hell lot . Gotta download a stable os . Os 7.1 not recommended cos still under testing . Just my 2 cents

my battery last 16 hours++ (2g + 3g). very heavy usage on bbm/ym/wa, 10 minutes call, 20 minutes browsing.
6am off charger (100%) --> 12am(2%) before radio shut off

IMO, best bb i've ever had and use. buttery smooth UI.
keypad is soft & comfortable. autofocus camera.
battery can last 1 day with very heavy usage.

Yes... it seem to be real release as BBDM managed to detect the new OS 7.1.0.247

Try to end the task and it will show you the dialog box.... seem like a bug in BBSAK v1.9

by end task u mean kill the backup session or kill the program?

if backup session,couldnt do that as the program was hang throughout the session

if by killing the program,it just straight closed the program

complete dialog didnt come out at both ways icon_question.gif

even when charged, it never gets 100%, it only stuck sometimes at 95% or 90%....

my 9790 cannot detect by my laptop but no problem on Mac.
already tried uninstalled BBDM, still same, BBSAK also not detected.
anyone can help?
