which one is better? any details?

optimus tuning hybrid 5 is a hybrid which the base os is 7.0.0.528

it is better than official OS ,
better 2G/3G signal , WiFi signal ,
smooth browser,
smooth performance ,

in term of battery usage? drain quickly? your recommendation?

okey2...i will wait...but i download the beta desktop...izzit still the same after this

the size is different because hybrid contains the list of items that you need to replace the original OS item,
it is not the installer...

you need to install the base OS 7.0.0.528 in your computer,
then download this , and replace all the items inside, to the required folder, I have give some tutorials on the first page on how to install these..

ouh..nice!..i think better wait for better OS hybrid..the original OS drain battery so fast!

do i need to add my BBM contact...

when you restore it back, you dont need to worry , you will still have your BBM contact..

the application also will be restored...[using both Desktop Manager and BBSAK to backup and restore]

.557 is not good?

from what I heard,

.557 has similar battery performance with .528 , maybe its just fix some bugs..

but the changes are hardly can be seen

Hurmm agree on this.. couldn"t really notice any significant battery improvement.

By the way got me a brand new replacement set from brightstar hehe.. Went straight to HQ

As I said before,
brightstar is really good...

Letting go my less than 1.5 month old 9790 - find display too small. Unbelievable condition - like new as day one

All the files are in .cod form :S

if it is in .cod form.. you just need to replace it into the specific folder in the base OS..

read the instruction of the hybrid.. what hybrid that you want to install..?,..
