Upon receiving the phone, do this. Go to Settings, Device, Device and Status Information, and simply type BUYR, no need to press alt or anything. It will show you the buyer's remorse. This information is embedded to the chip that no matter how many time they formatted, soft bricked, and remove the OS/reinstall, it would stay the same.

If the phone is new, your data usage would be empty.
If the phone is not new, it would show that the data usage has exceeded some point.
See my screenshot of mine.

i'm not sure, but it cannot install.
my latest findings, is must come with .Net 3.5 framework.
I've enabled it in PC, but still cannot install.

So far 9360 users are reporting a good battery life and better performance..
Can you test it out?

upgraded to this version last evening, batt life is pathetic, just lasted me 2 hours (music on/BBM/Whatsapp usage, GPS switched off as well)..not sure if its a device prob, switching back to the previous version (it gave me 4 hrs of the above said usage)..
Also i noticed that, though the batt level is say 33%, all of a sudden, i get batt is too low to use radio message and then the network goes off,,and then in few secs it is restored..strange..this never happend with the prev version...Guys, have u faced similar issues, do let me know if this could be hardware/software related.
thanks
