i already download DM but then when click nothing appeaR?
already reinstall more then 5 times

but when i go cc n try..
phone can detect
but when trying to reinstall os is come out error something regarding usb port / cable something like that

already done alot of things i also pening cant reformat my 9700

i have wasted my whole day trying to reupload my os for my 9700
but halfway thru it will come out the phone blah2 detect usb thingy everything
done everything to ensure it and now im stuck and dont knwo how to solve it.
can anyone help me ? maybe i can go to their place n u help?
im using cybercafe computer to fix it.

i keep getting this error even after trie the solution given

keep restarting the os process and repeated error of unable to detect usb
how ?
if unable to detect usb confirm cant detect when launching DM
