Hi gym kakis
I am planning to downgrade my FF Platinum Membership to FF Home Membership and I was told by the customer service that there is a downgrade fee of RM149. Have anyone ever successfully ask for a waiver of this downgrade fee? I have been a member for 3 years and counting. Would it be better if I just cancel my membership and reapply as a new member. |
