QUOTE(chiahau @ Apr 3 2014, 12:11 AM) They secretly increase so you won't notice. So sneaky of them. Only those who pay by cash/check their credit card statement will have noticed earlier on.When you notice, it's already too late. Technically speaking, they increased the fees since january, IINM. Only recently they kantoi with the members, so they hand out notice.... Now quite expensive even for Passport membership. By the way, Celebrity Fitness also recently increased their rates without informing their clients beforehand. This kind of puts me off, if there were pay-per-entry gyms nearby I would definitely opt for them. |

QUOTE(sweet_pez @ Apr 4 2014, 02:52 PM) Rate for member? RM7 before tax, RM10 after tax maybe. The whole price increase thing is very confusing. Some experience RM7 hike while others RM10. I'm not sure anymore. It's confusing because all these commercial gyms have to be so secretive about their rates, some people pay slightly lower, some higher. If they publish official prices there won't be any confusion, but of course they will never do that. |

QUOTE(silverwave @ Apr 10 2014, 04:02 PM) I did not expect FF to follow the same way like CF, increasing the price for the current members. All the while i was under the impression that FF is much fairer compared to CF. Yeah, for home club RM17x, Blue club RM189, Platinum RM2xxI've just terminated my CF membership a month back and was planning to join FF soon. Now it's Rm170+ for 1 club and almost Rm210 for all clubs? I'm not sure of the exact prices before and after tax, just approximately (what they told me). |

Anybody trains at Setia City Mall branch? I'm a beginner looking for guidance on proper form for deadlifts and squats. I've read and watched YouTube videos but I'm still not a 100% certain on my form. Afraid of injuring myself.

QUOTE(clamp_wl @ Apr 14 2014, 01:33 AM) I'm quitting when my contract ends.A much cheaper gym just opened nearby me, RM5 per entry, about RM80/month. Compared to RM19x-RM2xx/month with FF. If you have cheaper gyms around, check them out and see if you're okay with it. However, if you don't mind the premium price, FF is good, no complains from me. |

Guys, FF got any family/couple package? Like in CF I asked last time they had a package for 3, much cheaper price overall.
Getting my brother and girlfriend to start lifting but price a bit too much. This post has been edited by RedPillReality: Apr 21 2014, 01:39 AM |

QUOTE(isildur88 @ Apr 21 2014, 12:16 AM) Hi all, For the fees as for as I remember, most recently it is 179, 189, 2xx. Im planning to join FF ioi mall next month im quite blur on the fees(dont want to be cheated in other words) what do i have to pay? is there a joining fee. any other fees that i need to pay to join. i have not talked to them yet my appointment with them is on this friday. and what is bodystart or bodyfirst. whats the diff in price for those 2. For joining fee they will ALWAYS tell you that they will waive it for you ("special for you" but actually CF and FF always say this) I took the free BodyFirst when I joined, 3 sessions 1st session : Fitness test. Running, pushups, balancing, stretching, planking (may vary) 2nd session : upper body, few exercises 3rd sessions : legs As a beginner I did learn but I didn't continue under their personal training. I didn't wanna fork out RM2xxx when I can learn everything by myself/from friends/make friends at the gym. |

QUOTE(bb68 @ Jun 7 2014, 11:56 AM) take sathorn square ff platinum for instance, they have the wide range and latest equipments, full set of toiletries, ipads ! big apple desktops ! wide range of drinks, the coffee is very good, thick and fragrant! food counter where you can buy and order healthy food and drink or protein shake on the spot!! That's amazing.. I'd love some good coffee rather than the instant coffee that they give in the flask. Our most premium branch also cannot compare |
