Hey guys. How much are you guys paying monthly for fitness first?
I am interested to join platinum in empire but when I think of the extra cost of parking, I think twice again.
What about true fitness? Are they really that bad?

I am paying RM201 per month for FF plat membership...but they will tell you that the price is RM190.00 which is not inclusive of 6% tax.

FF membership is the most expensive in the town. cool2.gif

Talk with the membership consultant on the car park...if not mistaken (I hardly go to empire - so don't shoot at if wrong), FF members can have flat rate or discount rate on car park.

True fitness?? Try to search the thread in lowyat.

Wow. It seems that everyone is paying the same fees which is weird. I read the True Fitness post on LYN and it seems that everyone is paying a different price in True Fitness. So the fees in FF cannot be negotiated?
It's on the high side though. How are the machines in FF empire? Has anyone been there? Are there any personal trainer? Sorry to ask a lot of questions because to be honest, I do not believe what sales people say. They will promise the world but it comes to delivering, normally it's shakehead.gif

Ain't that good?

That means the fees are uniformed and you are not getting "trolled" to pay extra for the same thing compared to others.

I can't really tell you bout Empire Subang but generally the machines are quite decent in the newer FF branches.

As for PT, look at their PT section at Empire. I'm sure you can find a PT that suits you, albeit the price might be on the high side.

Almost 2 years already lol. Don't really go for classes so don't know the instructors either. Place still packed on peak hours?

Tbh I wouldn't mind rejoining. ContrAct with gorgeous gonna end and no way I'm gonna renew lol. See how. Now contemplating which one lol.
Go to empire listen to their sales pitch and ask for a trial before joining. Insist on it. They give you 7 days to try out the place no questions asked if u not keen. Ya ff is on the high side but at least you know there isn't any hanky panky lobang stuff you're missing out on. Everyone pays the same. 1 club membership allows you to bring guests during weekends is pretty useful too.

As for pt. Ask what they planning to do for you before even signing up. AsK ask ask. Make sure you get a competent reliable one.

Thanks a lot. I did not know FF gave one week free pass. Guess I need to try it out myself for both FF and TF.
Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help.

The curve is a platinum outlet.

190 + 6% for Platinum membership.

And FYI, Curve's always packed.

So, either bare with it, or pick another outlet slightly further.

Aiyo, u also paying this fees is it?
Their fees dam standard one, I tried negotiating with them but the consultant told me it's "standard" fees.

I don't like FF much, but I'm still with them due to consistent fees and no issues at my regular club.

Just saying some other gyms may offer lower but inconsistent fees.

Yeah bro, why u don't like FF?
Mind telling why?

Because they are farcry from gyms in US....

Hardcore gyms there are really well equipped.....

Don't really like their front desk staffs too, some of them have the irritating and annoying face lol
*
Aiyo, no need compare la with US
Which FF do you normally go?
