Empire subang branch, went for free trial:
-consultant reluctant to give 7 days trial, gave only 5 days at the end claiming manager said so, even though the car park beam had advertisement of 7 days.
-muka masam when i said i would prefer a 7 days trial instead of paying anything so far
-shower got problem, cannot maintain high pressure, sauna small, weights area small and crowded, all comparing to celebrity fitness subang parade and true fitness taipan
-photostatted my ID without consent like wadafuq?! claim to take it in exchange for locker pass but at the end went to photostat it
-"sales manager" was no better, didnt even introduce himself, sit down talk crap, tell me stuff the consultant already told and couldnt even smile, useless asscrack

CONCLUSION: for half the price, go to celebrity fitness, bigger weights area, constant high pressure hot water coming from large shower head, large sauna area, friendlier staff (trainer didnt even mind that i just wanted to use the 3 free trial, taught me everything i requested not part of package), only no free refreshments and pool but midvalley has a larger pool and you're paying only half the price, even national & international passport, no contract membership is cheaper than fitness first but not by half the price
