Will miss the friends I've make at Mont Kiara. Not much, just a few regulars there. But still.

Rather than inflation, I think it has more to do with GST which is implemented starting yesterday.

Muayfit? I would kalau dia bukak before office hour and dekat dengan office. lol

I was a member of Muayfit for two years. I like boxing and capoeira there. Last time I did went to Peter Davis MMA class but later abandon it since his class was on Saturday, a hot day for ACG events (my priority is cosplay lol).

And later when they discontinue capoeira, I just go until the end and never renew since then. I can still go capoeira since they have their own centre now and have 'pay per class' fees. I really miss boxing but don't find it is worth it to pay for the membership just for boxing alone.

My new company have a punching bag though, so maybe I can lepas geram on boxing there.

I have tonnes of cheaper gym around. But the thing is, non of them opens around 6 am. And I don't like going after work as it is packed like hell.

WHO WORKS OUT AT MANULIFE? COME WORKOUT TOGETHER TOMORROW AT 6.30 or 7.

Tried FF Manulife today. Overall, not bad. Many variety of machines. Heck then even have machine for Triceps extension!

But no cable area.
And I'm not sure where they keep all the mats.

Apa yg hidden? Cables or mats?

Thinking of changing back to 1MK. I missed the environment there, the friends there. And I am paying for platinum after all.

But this mean I have to be there before 7 am and leave there by 8.30 am every day.

Because only people who likes to complaint usually comes here to post. The rest rather used that time to actually go to the gym and work out.

And about the soft drinks, it is personal preferance. Its not like they did not provide coffee and tea and regular boiled water as well. Variety is always welcomed in my book. And people who lifts appreciate the additional sugary drinks since it give them an energy boost. The only one who would complaint about that would probably be fatties who wants to lose the fat, but keep having to see those soft drinks taunting them.

The Sims 4 punya penangan man. I had to only lunch time to go gym.

I'm on MML daily during lunch. Last time I went to 1MK before office hour started. But after The Sims 4 comes out, before office hour is my sims time. XD

Rather than dedicated I think the reason is that's the only free time I have when I'm near a FF gym.
