RM199 is the rate they quote me end of last year and I end up don't want to continue with them.

Share what I know about CF's price.. RM199 is an International Passport (all countries) whereby RM179 is only for ALL CLUBS in Malaysia.

CF don't have many international outlet like FF right? Except Indonesia, which I think most of us don't visit so frequently.

I never told there is another category in CF for international passport.

Touchy is more like a personal character. Some girls are very/ overly touchy with guys (which I have seen and think it's not appropriate). But some gays - yes, they are touchy and would be worse when you're close friends with them. I know one of them who can be super touchy when he's errrr a little 'high' (meaning happy, not high on drugs).

Never being to AK...almost a year in FF now, never got so lucky being targeted by gays. May be I am not so attractive.

Anyway, I don't think that doing BC, Pump, TRX etc alone will help you to build the big muscle. These are more on cardio.

You need to opt for PT session instead if you want 6 packs.

In between, you will have hard time looking for boyfriend if you have 6 packs (like the lady in the attached photo)...just my point of view.

BC and Attack is cardio, yes. Pump and TRX is more for toning. I'm not looking to build muscles like a body builder lean and slightly muscular figure (with 6 packs as a big bonus) that would be my aim. If you have seen the 1MK GX manager - she's the ideal figure imo... although my friends commented that her shoulders are a little broad.

LOL-ed about BF, agree to a certain extent but I think personal satisfaction/ achievement is more important. If a guy couldn't accept it, then he's not the "right" one. Imo if you like someone, you would care more for that person's feelings/ emotion/ heart rather than physique.

My dear old sister, guy usually don't concern so much on the inner beauty till later stages of the friendship.....unless the so called leng lui is really badly behave from the start.
