peer pressure and social acceptance bro.

How about the training shoe? Which brand is the best?  blush.gif
*
Oh. Never cared about that since I was young hahaha. My method at the gym usually consists of:

> Go In
> Workout
> Camwhore
> Clean-up
> Go out

As for brand I just go buy the cheap one at local sports store (GoodYear brand, yeah, the same one that produces tyre) since they were having buy one pair free another pair promo.

Gym Regular Three Quarter Pants
Dri Fit Sports Bra
T-shirt or Sleeveless Sports Top

I'm a bit more particular about sports bra and pants because comfort, support and durability is important. I would wear casual t-shirt as a top at times but sports bra must be of a good brand.
Rather than peer pressure and social acceptance, you should look at protecting your feet as the priority. If you will be doing high intensity workout, a good pair of shoes is necessary to make sure you feet survives the impact.

There are many good brands : Skechers, NewBalance, Brooks, Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc. Different shoes serve different purpose... so make sure you buy the right ones.

Luckily I'm a guy. My only concern is underwear that doesn't gets wet or damp by the sweat, because that would be damn uncomfortable.

Also depends on what sort of training you do and personal liking. Few of my male friends prefer dri fit top although some just wear normal t-shirt.

Shorts and fitted singlet all the way for me. Hahaha

My 2 pairs of NB ==> 1 pair of Nike Free Id 3,0 @ 529

Do the maths  laugh.gif
Online? Hahahaha.
I don't think it ships to M'sia.

In terms of branding, Nike > UA

But as you can see, Tottenham already switched to UA for their jersey sponsorship tongue.gif

Anyways, their stuffs are way cheaper and more durable.

And their sports bra are reversible  whistling.gif

1 UA compression shirt only cost 29,99 usd while Nike cost at least 59,99.

Do the maths yourself? hmm.gif
*
Been meaning to ask, mana mau cari UA kat Malaysia? Especially their superhero compression shirts. drool.gif

Most of my female pals got the reversible bra.

Looks cool and you can kinda get 2 design in 1 hahahahahaha.
Ini size PRO, should be around L dy.

I'm wearing something like M, but I'm definitely smaller than you.  laugh.gif

It's about 50+ usd, just multiply 3,3 saje. That's probably how much it cost
*
I'm defined, but not big la.

Dun think I'm an L since most of my clothes are S or M. But compression is like super tight, so must pick right size. Haih.

Which RPM class is this? The 7.15am on Tuesday one?
I love Summit - not many people and those that go are very friendly - it's like a "family" club rather than those metropolitan ones where they have a 'you do your thing, I do my thing' kinda feel.
It is called OC

I don't like FF much, but I'm still with them due to consistent fees and no issues at my regular club.

Just saying some other gyms may offer lower but inconsistent fees.
*
Consistent fees and their agents does not hardsell is the determining factor for me.

Plus, a branch near my office and house is always a plus.
