Yes you may, just go to any FF counter ask request for a 'Passport' in order for you to work out in FF gym outside Malaysia.

Hi are you sign FF in Malaysia but use it in Singapore? I ask FF both SG & MY consultant they told me got 30 times ussage limit per year in SG FF, is it true? But based on my Indonesia Colleague who sign in Indonesia & her friend also signed in FF Malaysia just 2 months ago, they said totally no problem, is unlimited ussage...

Then got one consultant told me one tips, dun always go to the same gym so they cant check on it?! so actually who is true? Thanks.

Erm yes i sign FF in Malaysia, just happened that i was asked to go Singapore for a one month business trip, and i only visit the gym twice a week so i did't encounter any problem though. By the way the so called passport was just a temporarily pass for me during Singapore stay.

So you are not staying in Singapore and used it frequently right? Cause i'm working here intent to sign in Malaysia because of more affordable rate compare to SG... sad.gif

Just try it our lor. Shouldn't be any problem. just that it is kinda troublesome that you need to present the pass in exchange of access card every visit. Just go for it la, until they kick you out, if they dare. flex.gif

How much is it for a membership in SG? I guess there are platinum and one club only kind of membership. If you're only about to work out in one gym, can try to use the lower rate membership instead of platinum. For me I personally don't quite recommend to sign in MY and use the pass in SG gym, just in case might get into trouble or anything. Anyway I heard FF offers the most expensive membership among all, maybe you can compare with other gyms first before decide smile.gif

Visited 1MK branch today. Kind of small locker area and toilets, and only few benches (like 3 or 4) available. But I noticed quite a number of equipment that are not available at other branches.

Empire subang branch, went for free trial:
-consultant reluctant to give 7 days trial, gave only 5 days at the end claiming manager said so, even though the car park beam had advertisement of 7 days.
-muka masam when i said i would prefer a 7 days trial instead of paying anything so far
-shower got problem, cannot maintain high pressure, sauna small, weights area small and crowded, all comparing to celebrity fitness subang parade and true fitness taipan
-photostatted my ID without consent like wadafuq?! claim to take it in exchange for locker pass but at the end went to photostat it
-"sales manager" was no better, didnt even introduce himself, sit down talk crap, tell me stuff the consultant already told and couldnt even smile, useless asscrack

CONCLUSION: for half the price, go to celebrity fitness, bigger weights area, constant high pressure hot water coming from large shower head, large sauna area, friendlier staff (trainer didnt even mind that i just wanted to use the 3 free trial, taught me everything i requested not part of package), only no free refreshments and pool but midvalley has a larger pool and you're paying only half the price, even national & international passport, no contract membership is cheaper than fitness first but not by half the price
>> feel free to fire me about what you disagree on my points, cause im super pissed about them giving me only 5 days and photostatting my ID without consent, i was reluctant to give but he insisted claiming it was only for towel and locker card mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Dear Valued Member,

Beginning 1st May 2016, there will be a modest adjustment of 2% per month to your membership dues to cater for cost inflation. This adjustment only affects members who are out of the minimum contract period. Our price promise is that your membership dues will not be adjusted more than once in a 12-month cycle.

Year on year inflation is unavoidable and our business has not been spared. While the inflation rate in Q1 of 2015 remained within control (circa 0.7%), inflation rose steadily in Q2 and peaked at 3.3% in July 2015 before settling down to an average of 2.6% in successive months. The Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER) forecasts an inflationary rate of 3.0% in 2016.

To put some perspective around our price adjustment of 2%, here are a few price increases that have occurred in other sectors throughout the year:
recreation services & culture - increase by 2.6%
food & beverage - increase between 4.1 to 4.7%
healthcare - increase between 4.4 to 4.7%
miscellaneous goods and services - increase 5.8%
On the other hand, our costs have risen higher than the percentages cited above due to the weakening of the ringgit. To ensure a quality experience and exercise safety, virtually all of our equipment is imported; associated repairs and maintenance are sourced overseas where the major trading currency is the U.S. dollar. The royalties for group exercise classes are paid to non-Malaysian parties like Les Mills.

Through active management of supplier relationships and internal cost structures, we are able to maintain an adjustment to your dues that is on par or below the rate of inflation so that maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle remains affordable for you.

Thank you for your ever continued support.
