Bro, i would recommend "U Mobile" prepaid (monthly RM28 for the unlimited mobile internet plan - inclusive of a certain amount of talk time, free sms's and also 500MB of data)..if exceed the quota.. the speed will be throttled to 64Kbps.. still good enough for whats app.. i myself using this on my ip4S SG Set.. cancelled my ivalue1 plan from the evil cluthes of maxis after selling off my ip4 and ported to U Mobile.. hope that u r staying in a U Mobile 3G coverage area.

yup bro.. definitely faster.. in my area pjs.. average around 2 Mbps.. hopefully can reach the advertised speed.. so that can test ip4S up to 14.4Mbps..
