Picked 16GB white iP4S during ROI, but now I'm more interested in 32GB one. I guess it's possible to change the unit during the launch aite?

Did you register for interest on the Maxis iPhone page days ago (it's closed already if you didn't)? If you did, you should receive an email if you're invited to the launch day. From there, you will book one of the sessions available to queue and purchase the iP4S.

Did you receive the invitation email from Maxis? That's when you fill in your IC number.
