Hi, i would like to plan my renovation ald (estimate will be Feb) . The location is Aman Heights condo, Taman Bukit Serdang But i found there is very very difficult to find a contractor for my renovation . the job scope will be as below:

1. Concrete table top only with 6.5 ft * 10ft (do note that i buy the tile ald)
2. Laying tiles to kitchen floor and wall and utilities room. (not yet getting tiles, consodering kitchen wall as well if price is good)
3. Adding electric power point and lighting point, changing fan hood point and light & fan installation (proper piping and conceal) .
4. Wought iron grill at main door.
5. some defect rectification and etc.
6. Consider making plaster ceiling for some area not more than 500 sqft.

For any bro&sis here noe a reliable contractor please PM me the contact of your contractor to me For contractor, please roughly with the cost per unit or per sqft for me have a idea with your price. I will available at every weekend time and like to have a meet in Aman Heights for details quotation (make sure your can come out with detail quotation proper resit for me to claim with OCBC renovation loan.).
