Hi, to all contractors out there.. I need your estimation of price for the item below for my new house.

1) Car porch tilling - 24x20 feet
2) Auto swing gate including the High Gate.
3) Plaster ceiling with downlight for ground floor only, about 40x20 feet
4) 15 feet Kitchen Cabinet.
5) Toilet Renovation.
6) Burglar alarm system.

The house is still under construction, and the estimation to be finish is around April 2013... So, try to estimate the price on that year also (If you could)... If you can provide me only partial or only 1 of the item listed, it is still very much appreciated. You can also give me different alternative with different price on the single item, as I will determine which one to choose according to my taste & budget..

Please, I only need the price estimation, as I only wanted to make the budget available first before going into any detail discussion... Thanks in advance for the information...

1) depends, if ur existing carporch needs BRC or not. If not, tiling charge around rm4/sq ft . (multiply by ur area)
3) flat board..rm2.50-3 / sq feet, Lbox = rm10/sq feet (multiply by ur area)
4) depends, what material ur using first, solid surface, tiles, granite etc? if solid surface apporx rm160/sq ft + base door frame rm140/sq feet + top RM140/sq feet (multiply by ur area)
5) no details?

thanks for the reply... It really help on my estimation... On no. 5, I would like to put bath tub at 1 toilet, and another 1 toilet to change the toilet seat into normal toilet (cangkung)...
