Entering the 3GHz Club.
Vcore: 1.45v + 110%
Vdimm: 3.20v

Measured with DMM, actual Vcore hover around 1.60v. Guys, don't pump Vcore too high on DFI NF4 'cause CPU-Z never showed actual reading biggrin.gif

remyx, you can try 704-2BTA and see if there's any difference in temperature. By the way can you boot into Windows at 3GHz? And what Vcore does it need to do that....

CPU Burn-in.... Disable error checking for maximum heatload, try default Vcore at 2.90GHz and see if there's any chance of going higher after that smile.gif

shd i burn in at 3.0 @ 1.45v x 110% or burn in at default vcore 2.8?
and kiawee thx for the suggestion tongue.gif

Hmm, you should burn it at the speed where your processor is not running stable. Maybe 2.90GHz, 1.425v let's say? I'll try it out too since our stepping is similar biggrin.gif

Lower down divider, giving more headroom to the processor.... But guess it couldn't be the rams since it's PC4400. Give it a shot then

So your memory seems not stable through the test even though you passed SP2004, more tweaking to be done...

Erm, don't think so.... Super PI mostly failed due to the instability of RAMs, play around with DRAM Drive Strength and DRAM Data Drive Strength

Try out LDT voltage 1.3v, Chipset voltage 1.6v, Vcore 1.45v + auto
Or might swap the ram slot and give it a go.... I'm guessing the Vcore is not enough
