no such thing as voltage sensor. temp sensor yes.... voltage sensor no.
the voltage reading can be easily obtained thru the circuit itself, without any sensor needed.

QUOTE(gsan @ Jan 1 2006, 08:42 PM) bro, when i use others divider expect than 1/1 & 1/2, the pc hang during the black white post, no chance to run memtest86 at all la. if you have problem with other dividers, try use other value for Max Async Latency and Read Preamble with the particular divider that u had problem.ie: Max Async Lantecy : 8 (if 7 cannot stable) Read Preamble : 6 (if 5.5 or 5 cannot stable) |

QUOTE(antonio_zth @ Jan 5 2006, 07:41 PM) put 300HTT straight away...see what can it really do....270 for TCCD is kacang putih...push ur ram summore... agreed.... 300x9 sounds nice divider at 200mhz is easier to tweak from my experience. This post has been edited by soulfly: Jan 5 2006, 07:43 PM |

QUOTE(Hyde`fK @ Jan 11 2006, 10:22 AM) E6 isn't really much of an real overclocker, E3 is way lots better than it. I wonder where u got that idea.E6 or E3.... both overclocks the same, both depends on luck. Not all E3 is good, the same goes with E6. However, E6 has improved memory controller. |

QUOTE(jinaun @ Feb 13 2006, 10:26 PM) hmm.. changed from X2 3800+ to opteron 175, i'm impress with the memory performance improvements at default DDR400 3-3-3-8, 1T the higher the clockspeed, the higher the memory bandwidthmy x2 3800+ in sandra memory bench onli can get 4900+ mb on opteron 175, during sandra bench can get 5500+mb !!! wow i tot memory controller for both are the same? how does a DC opteron can extract more memory performance than the X2? when then setting for memory is same for both. |

I believe chipset voltage doesn't affect overclocking. It all depends on the memory controller.

QUOTE(Hyde`fK @ May 16 2006, 02:49 PM) Hmm I see, normally my way to test stablility is to run 2 copies of SP2004 for hours too. for single core, 1 prime of custom test will do. just set in-place FFT with the min 8k and the max according to L2 cache size.blend for testing cpu+ram together.... also sufficient enough |
