ehmmm i think it's because of the stepping itself....mine is cab2e 0610 gpaw..... it can boot normally and primed it more than 5 hours with sp 2004....
the first thing i tried to overclock was I increased the htt to 280 and used 1:1 100 as the ram divider....and also I decreased the LDt to x3....the rest I let them automatically....
and it can boot normally....
