Bcoz SP2004/Prime95 stresses the most !

yeah, it is unstable under extreme conditions.

i passed prime95/sp2004 for more than 12hours but always failed in pi32m 

Erm, don't think so.... Super PI mostly failed due to the instability of RAMs, play around with DRAM Drive Strength and DRAM Data Drive Strength

Which RAM r u using? If BH5 / UTT, u need even numbers (2,4,6,8)
If TCCD, then u need odd numbers (1,3,5,7)

The odd numbers are weaker strength, 1 is the weakest and 7 is the near to normal one. Whereas, 2 is the normal one, and 8 is the strongest.

So the drive strengths from weak to strong is:

1,3,5,7,2,4,6,8.

lol, i duno about this. Usually it should be normal drive strength (even numbers). I heard only TCCD likes weak drive strength
Maybe u should start working from level 2, and slowly up to 4,6,8 if still not stable

Data drive strength should be set to #1 if u have CPC enabled.

I'll go with Drive Strength level 7 (weak4), Data Drive Strength level 3 first before going down to level 2 and auto...

this only applied to non-expert board. after upgrading to expert, the setting which i used in ultra-d no longer suitable for expert.

well u can kill ur proc if u r using high vdimm @ low vcore.. let say 3vdimm + 1.3vcore..

there are quite few thread being posted before
Such as run high vdimm for BH5 and low vcore will kill the proc at long term

It's been posted b4. I suspect the voltage difference is too big between the RAM and on die mem controller until some reverse voltage breakdown occur (probably?).

btw, it usually happens to BH5 only ler, bcoz other RAM chips operates within JEDEC DDR voltage specification.
