QUOTE(PUG_PUG @ Dec 6 2011, 03:48 PM) in Malaysia........... control jam using roadtax, petrol, etc... not inflating car prices and force people to take 9 year loans for cars...Proton = commercial car, taxi, gov car, police car, and etc.... Japs/Kors/Euros = Good to have cars...for leisure, for travelling, comfort and steady! If Potong and Pero2 closed down...who will be happy? LRT & MonoRail & Bus will have more business!!! Now college student all drive cars...see how jam is KL/PJ? why get everyone into debt? malaysia's public transport sucks to the max, especially KTM and buses... malaysians damn malu la wei |

at least these Japanese car manufacturers TS mentioned have the guts to recall their defective models and apologize
Proton? give lots of reason only... at least they are improving, but i would say if they want locals to support it y do they not sell to locals the quality like they do outside? selling to foreigners for a cheaper price and higher quality while the locals which is the main customers are given inferior quality and pays a higher price of course ppl rage and bash la |

QUOTE(bananajoe @ Dec 6 2011, 02:41 PM) I think you guys need to learn to kutuk specific proton cars rather than the proton it self. While there are some proton cars are not worth mentioning here, but there are also some proton car that deserver atleast recognition. Why u trollin Banananajoe?such as Waja CPS. I wonder how many /k/fags actually tried driving every proton model before making assumption. Most probably those who didnt drive and just hear other;s comment and then make assumption. Macam la Kereta Jepun is so kaw kaw without fail. Look at Toyota, How many recalls it made, honda pun ada. Yes, some proton cars = no quality. ini macam punya generasi, i wonder how many /k/ are gonna do blind shopping in future. very dissapointed.. |

one thing that make me lose confidence in local cars is the adverts...
when i see proton adverts about new generation models... the main points r always the new looks.... mostly about the superficial changes... new lamp designs... new seat shape.... new dashboard design (no new features, juz looks redesign)... new interior styling... etc... when i see ads for new generation imported cars... they will intro their new R&D/technology break through... better engine performance... new dashboard features.... new safety features... new comfort features.... usually the "new look" thingy is juz one bullet point.. i don say proton/perodua cars r bad... but i have the cash to buy either cars.. n when i look at the ads... which type of car u think i will choose?
