Hi everyone.
Recently i posted out a parcel using posdaftar to a buyer on 26 Nov 2011, and today she informed me that she havent got the parcel yet. The parcel is in the process of being sent back to me. The post office told me that there is no such number for the address on the package. I contacted the buyer and asked her to pay reposting fees but she refused because she said it is not her fault.
What should I do? Technically it is also not my fault as well because I double checked the address before I sent it out...

Please advise.

Thanks!

When parcel arrive, take picture of the address written on parcel and show to your buyer. Compare with the one given earlier.

If that mistake from buyer, ask buyer to bear it again and give a new address. If that address is correct, complaint with Pos.
