any of u guys who are using laptop the temperature approaches 80-86 degree celcius during gaming ?

what games?
actually 80-86 is consider very normal for a laptop. And if your laptop is especially design for gaming purpose, you can get around 76-82. |

erm...ur temp is CPU temp or GPU temp ?? beside..what game u playing ?? what setting u set ?? all high setting ?? non stop play for few hours ?? playing without any cooling pad /?

Im using asus n53sv with i5 2410m and the gpu is gt540m . Maximum temperature for the cpu i get is 86c whereas the gpu is 73 and as for the cooling pad im using the cooling master dont remember the model .. Playing batman arkham asylum . I think the setting is at high .. Anyway thanks u guys for the response

as long as your hand does not burn from your keyboard then its ok. If i were you, I will be happy as long as i dont see 90+ on any parts of the laptop. 90+ means problem, and quick dusting is best remedy. Re-apply the heatpaste to non-stock highperformance will cool it donw around 5-10 C

i play mw3 for 2 or 4 hour with no cooler pad...use high setting and just have average 75 Celsius only..on internet browsing just average 30 to 40 celsius...so...

Clingxcling not normal.. should be less than 70°C for gpu. underneath ur lappy must got air flow for better ventilation purpose. as for cpu reach 80 is kinda normal for i7 if after close the games, the temp stay around 60 means got issue. should below 50!
