After hearing so some people saying Jln Pipit there is so good as compare to so called "Furher in Puchong"....I have few questions here:-

Zefer Hill, Atmosfera and many others old condos along the road that only using 1 exit in the morning -> the T junction. I wonder whether got ppl currently staying there can give a true update on the actual situation? I heard ppl saying 10mins can reach Kesas in morning peak period.

Also, at nite I drive there I saw lot of car parking along the narrow road and it doesn't make the place pleasant and high end.

Another thing I personally feel not convenient is shops area there. Doesn't see any banks, Chinese food stall/restaurant, hospital or shopping mall around. Can I say if staying there, people still need to drive to so called "Further in Puchong" to get all these?

Condos like Skypod or Setiawalk or landed in Bandar Puteri is a bad choice?

For all the buyers, please spend some times to go to the actual site to see it yourself in different time, like weekday morning, evening and night time to get a clearer picture of the location.

There are already lot of existing high-rise and also many new projects is on going or getting keys soon, the problem is Jln Pipit is a 1 line in and out road have to cater for so many units and projects in this area. Don't forget M'sia always having not enough parking issues and all the cars just park both side along the road.

Also, there is a malay cementary + sewage around there. Some units may face the cementary / sewage. Eventhough developer said a proposed road out will be built, but FIRSTLY, I wonder if a road to allow skip toll will be built, SECOND, if the road really built, I believe many ppl will come and use and cause the jam even worse.

Please do consider all these points if really want to buy for own stay / investment purposes.

Went to see Parcville few days back, and happened to see this project as well. Thinking to get a unit there and was offered type S first floor with price of rm760k. Still thinking hard should I proceed with it? same price but bigger in Zefer compare with parcville...

There are many much better places to buy for own stay / investment like Skypod, Setia Walk for such 760k budget. LRT, IOI Mall, food and banking all available.
