I used to stay in Impian heights many years ago which just walking distance to this project. Was at the Mapex yesterday and to my amaze this project selling at $400+/sqft. Although this project is low density but I don't think ppl will simply paying such money for this location. For own stay it may be a wise choice but for investment I think better think and think again since surrounding condo are selling below $300/sqft.
