WTF with the v-card privilege, hav been standing there for few minutes with no one layan... so Villamas, WTF for having such exclusivity??.....

back to the project.... starting bu 1356sqft with starting price rm554k... the r branding it as luxury condo... biggest unit more than 2000sqft tat possibly go up to 1 mil.

this weekend 7% discount, v-card members another 1.6% discount... they hav some sort of dibs, but not entiry dibs bcos owner has to pay up the extra if blr increase....

overall, response still slow, less than 10 stickers at noon.... my guess the slow booking due to non-refundable deposit if decide to cancel.. only full refund if bank reject loan app...

But she said DOWNPAYMENT. Not DEPOSIT. This was written in her documents as well.

Scary these people. I didnt see any AP/DL in their brochure.

Koi Kinrara - 1000 units on 6.28 acres of land
Zefer Hills - 346 units on 5.768 acres of land

not a direct comparison, it depends what you want and how much you can afford...

Ask the SA to show some sort of letter or approval if they have plan to widen the road
this developer once did a new access road for 1 of their former project (villa pavilion) and significantly cut down on extra journey and time going in and out of the area.. they did show an approval letter from MPSJ when they sell the apartment, the new access road was completed even before villa pavilion got VPed, at least they kept their promise..

Talk is cheap, at least they hav to show some prove

U miss one access which is go to BK 4 low cost connecting to taman preindustrial kinrara, from there u can come out to lebuhraya bukit jalil in front of the shell station , another link to kasawari where the Chinese primary school, LADANG HARCROFT is.
