Agree, this is a great location and I heard that in 2 years there would be 2 more link bridges. Zefer has the "King of the Hill" view amongst all of them. No wonder ppl starting to sell at 820k above....I heard bank value now abt 520psf. Once got a few transaction will easily increase 20 - 30 psf....like atmosfera...wonder whom will sell first and set the transaction price...
