Looking at the pic the db box really ugly, it shd be placed higher as current height is reacheable by kids.... the exposed piping also ugly....

maybe from the pic it doesnt look that high. But i agree with complainer it shdnt put in kitchen becuz humidity is higher there. So we tempt to hv impression it will hv higher chance to break down or cause fire

Kitchen is more dusty and also got oil smoke when cook lor. long run the oily thg might trapped into db box if you did insulate it well. How u going to tackle??? Common sense is to keep db box in dry place lar.

You can tell there are many selfish flippers, they just blindly cover up developer's faults as long as they make profits and let the sui yu who bought the house suffering. Thanks to kind purchaser who dare to share and warn others of developer's bad workmanship. Not like those selfish fliper who only care their own pocket...
