Don't trust the price in iproperty. Last time my colleague called once to ask about a unit in z residence and the agent told her a higher price as compared to what the agent posted in iproperty. When asked how come the price is different, the agent said "sure la.. Or else u also won't call me la!"......
Usually when u call them, they will tell u that this unit no longer available and they will recommend another unit at higher price.
