That's what turned me away from Atmosfera in the first place. That place is crazily congested.

I estimated there are about 2000 households (units) with all the condos and apartments combined. Imagine, Koi Kinrara alone has 1000 units! So if conservatively each unit has 2 cars, that'll be 4000 cars coming in and out of that 2 lane road every other day! ..

Plus did anyone noticed there's only one bridge over the KESAS highway leading to this area?
