this weekend 7% discount, v-card members another 1.6% discount... they hav some sort of dibs, but not entiry dibs bcos owner has to pay up the extra if blr increase....

overall, response still slow, less than 10 stickers at noon.... my guess the slow booking due to non-refundable deposit if decide to cancel.. only full refund if bank reject loan app...

When I asked this question to the Atmosfera sales person.. the answer that he given was.. 'ohh.. that condo is medium type of condo, that is why you have a lot of problems.. this atmosfera condo is high end type'..
