Just to inform all Ex buyer for tower 1 or tower, Villamas currently offer a new package for new buyer which is 20%.

I found their Agency Name -Property Channel from CP( cyberjaya properties)

Kim didnt get such offer, but CP get 20% for their customer!!

Kim is Zefer internal agency
but Cp Property Channel is Villamas external agency

Both having different package
I have their name card

I am not the agent or promoter
Please,if you are innterested please go and check with the developer
I am feel not comfortable with the developer because they provide two different packages to customer
