its too late now as I've already rented the place.
My owner told me to give him 30 days as by then the construction at his place is completed and i can move in.

Our initial deal is one month FREE rental as he has to finish up the renovations and make sure everything is alright.

However when he submitted the rectify form to the management its claimed that it would be ready by 30 days.
Worst part is my owner is extremely picky, on the 3rd week, he notices some other issue that needs to be fixed and submitted another rectify form. I am jumping on him as the 30 days to start renovation isnt ready yet. Even if he gives me a month of Free rental he hasnt even started his renovations yet.
I told the owner it is common sense!!!! Although you submitted the rectify form day 1, expecting it to be ready exactly in 30days and in between adding new flaws that they need to amend its not possible.
Now I dun care, I want talk to my owner !!! I want 2 months free rental of charges! make sense right??!!
