Was asking my agent fren looking for smallest unit for own stay, but he hold me back bcos many of the purchasers complain about the defects even to media.. is this true ?
if it is true dont the owner worry about price drop ?

indeed it is very nice. hmm..... over-reacted to media would be suicidal act i think. hope what i heard is not true. shall clarify with my friend again and maybe will have to see it for myself before making my move.

er. seems like the media thingy is true, better let it settle first, nobody want a property that price will drop right after taking keys.
all owners in this project allow to have media in ?

i go to look from outside, it look good and feel good, but for inside have to wait my friend to bring me inside.

The DB box and the Main Switch Box is placed in the kitchen wall. No I did not mis-type that. And all the units including the high-priced ones have them placed in the kitchen. its kind of weird and too impulsive to call media in due to this DB location as one of the reason, how can someone suggest and agree to this move ? i believe a lot of project the DB is hide inside kitchen cabinet of dry kitchen.

friend, think twice before making any move in future, once drop, very hard to rise again. if it is defect, make sure u guys get the developer to rectify it. then if happen i buy it, by the time it will look good. hahaaa. ^^

obee, u check out the map in ohako, got new access road punching to taylors lakeside, guess it should be real if not they dare not to post in their website right ? somemore zefer is higher than both of this 2 projects, very nice view. this is my opinion why i interested on zefer. hope i am right.. wink.gifAttached Image

i guess most likely will only ready when ohako almost complete. look further down the road, this access road somehow will help.

went for a quick viewing with my agent friend 2 days ago, the unit i see was quite ok (did not really inspect into very detail), overall feeling was comfortable with nice view at ground floor deck. see the ceiling at ground floor was nicely done and the landscape and workmanship was far more better than my previous condo at old klang road. just some common area cleanliness need to improve.

ya, agree with you, my previous property facing the same issue too. when i check with TNB and Syabas, they admitted they dont have stock for meters, as so many projects in klang valley nowadays.
