1. 'cause no $ to buy other property around the area! - 3% down payment only. (LOL)
2. Price per sqft for Zefer is the most reasonable among developers' selling price I can see so far.
3. The build-up size is more practical as compared to studio/ service apartment.
4. Hence I guess highly possible people will buy for own stay. Therefore competition to resell(upon completion) is lower & easier compared to studio/service apt that's with higher density.
5. I heard from SA the developer is in the midst of getting listed on Bursa. I think they would not want to tarnish their own name (if the project fails) GUA...
BUT it might be hard to resell too cause the selling price is not cheap too('cause size is big).
Anyway these are all my personal point of view.
