Today i notice 3 things..

1. tower 2 resident need to walk quite a distance to swimming pool, badminton hall and gym.. And along the way, is either walk on the road side or at the parking lot... Dont have a walk way all the way to swimming pool or gym under shelter.. So if raining, tower 2 resident can forget abt going to gym, badminton or swiming..

2. Tower 2 sky deck not facing sunway..

3. Tower 2 resident, drive in infront of tower 2, and hv to drive all the way to tower 1 to go in to parking lot then from parking lot have to drive all the way back to tower 2 for parking

Seem like tower 2 dont have any benefit.. Hahaha...

Most likely is due to the location and the access road itself that make those buyer not worth buying 800k condo..

Compare to seringin and treez, they aso selling abt the same price but very fast the sold unit more than 80%..
