Definitely they need to do some marketing strategy like higher freebies to clear these stuffs of 2000+ sq ft, which is not easy for the area of Puchong, summore it is RM 1mil deal and Villamas.

Btw, what was the previous price for early buyers? U mean price no increase but only increase the discount from 10% to 20%? If it is, then it would be kamikaze move to dissatisfy the early buyers.

I heard of such package.. but i think it is only applicable to those big units such as 2139sq ft and that is also because they are selling it to the agency who would commit to all their larger units. don't make it a big fuss before knowing more info.

So tower A must be passed 9th floor than, coz mine 9th....
Should be visible from LDP toll soon I guess.

Sorry to say but the site really like sampah.. The bulding cement color is like dark brown in color.. Compare to other project site like le yuen, seringin or even zest... Their cement can see very smooth....

Actually it's already Visible when you flyover federal highway and NPE along LDP.

New price after 20% discount for those bigger unit 2130 comes to more than RM 382 sf !!!

That means they have increase the price again...which is a good thing for early buyer as the valuation will go up ma...
